Arbeo was built by a distributed team with roots in Australia who experienced the pain of disorganized hiring firsthand. We're managers and founders who needed better hiring tools but found existing solutions too complex and expensive for occasional hiring needs.

We're a distributed team with roots in Australia, working across multiple time zones to serve customers globally. This remote-first approach helps us understand the challenges of modern hiring and team collaboration.

We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and follow best practices for data protection. Each company's data is completely isolated. We're working toward additional compliance certifications as we grow.

We provide email support to all customers, typically responding within a few hours during business days. We're building a comprehensive help center with guides, tutorials, and best practices to help you succeed with hiring.

Our support is email-based, which allows us to keep costs low and provide detailed, documented responses. At $39/month, this approach lets us focus resources on product development while still providing excellent support.
