What happens during the 7-day free trial?

You get full access to all Arbeo features for 7 days. Post real jobs, review real candidates, use AI analysis, and experience everything the platform offers. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Why do you require a credit card for the free trial?

This helps us prevent abuse and ensures a smooth transition to paid service if you decide to continue. You can cancel anytime during the 7-day trial and won't be charged anything.

Are there any setup or cancellation fees?

No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no hidden costs. Just $39/month with everything included. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

How does 'unlimited users and companies' work?

Currently, you can add as many team members and companies as you need at no extra cost. This operates on a fair use basis - we trust our customers to use the platform reasonably. In the future, we may introduce limits (like 10 users and 20 jobs per company per month) to prevent abuse by large enterprises.

Will pricing change in the future?

We may introduce usage limits in the future to maintain fair pricing for small and medium businesses. Current customers will be notified well in advance of any changes, and we'll always grandfather existing users on favorable terms.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Currently, we have one plan at $39/month. In the future, we may offer additional premium features like custom domains or special integrations for an additional cost.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?
